The buyer is seeking a main contractor to undertake the necessary Roofing, Carpentry and Flooring works at Te Kura Mana Māori o Whangaparaoa The project back ground is: - The works are part of the 5YA & AMS approved programme. - As part of the 10YPP, along with condition assessments and consultations with key stakeholders, has identified the need for the refurbishment of the admin and resource room areas, replacement of wall linings and the creation of an outdoor learning space. - As part of the works there will be the Replacement of the existing Autex wall linings within the teaching spaces of Block C, reconfiguration of the admin and resource area within Block B to suit the needs and requirements of the Kura and the construction of a veranda to Block C, providing an outdoor learning space that aligns with the Kura’s educational objectives and requirements
