26.045.01 Architectural Design Services & Project Management Services

MSD is seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers who can deliver either Construction Consultancy Services (CCS) Architectural Design or CCS Project Management Services. MSD is seeking suppliers with proven capability to deliver nationally distributed, multi-site programmes at scale, supported by an established Wellington presence. This ROI is designed to identify suppliers operating at this level. Suppliers who cannot evidence experience and capability in delivering multi-site, multi-regional programmes and cannot meet all Preconditions should not respond. Suppliers wishing to respond to both opportunities must therefore submit two response forms, one for each service. To enable independent validation of design decisions, costs, and programme delivery, the two contracts for Architectural Design OR Project Management service will NOT be awarded to the same supplier. PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to respond to this ROI, you must submit your quote through MSD’s Oracle Procurement System (Weka). To access the system, you must be registered as a prospective supplier and have a RealMe account. Please allow sufficient time to complete registration, as this process may take some time.
