Contractor for New River Primary School Infrastructure, Block C Classroom & Toilet Remodel

Regarding Block 'C', of which this procurement is a part – is a result of the 2024 10YPP specialist condition assessment reporting, which identified that the Block C girls’ and boys’ toilets, classroom 2, and cloak bay were in an original and delipidated condition. The outcomes sought may include (but are not limited to) the refurbishment and redecoration of associated spaces, replacement of fittings & fixtures, Block JKL is to have its entry/egress access steps replaced. It is intended the for the works to be undertaken through spring/summer, phasing and / or staged handover of the project will not be required.
