Main Contractor For Site Wide Drainage Upgrades at Riverina School

Riverina School requires a Main Contractor to deliver a site wide drainage upgrade, addressing an existing system that is insufficient and causing ongoing flooding issues across the site. The works involve locating and removing old drainage infrastructure, installing new pipework and dispersion elements to properly manage stormwater, and reinstating all disturbed surfaces on completion. The project will be procured via an open Registration of Interest (ROI) process, with shortlisted Tenderers invited to a subsequent closed Request for Tender. The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract, with works planned to take place during the school holiday period, indicatively from December 2026 to January 2027.
