Dunedin City Council works to attract and retain great people to deliver for the city however Dunedin’s size and competitive labour market can create challenges in attracting candidates for some roles. To meet workforce needs, the DCC sometimes looks beyond DCC recruitment channels and engage specialist recruitment providers to source candidates locally, nationally, and internationally. We are looking to establish a panel of recruitment providers with demonstrated experience delivering successful recruitment outcomes across a range of disciplines and role types within the Dunedin market for up to 7 years.
