Multi-disciplinary Consultancy Services Framework

Dundee City Council intends to establish a multi-lot framework agreement for the provision of consultancy services to support a range of capital and revenue projects across the Council estate. Dundee City Council seeks to appoint to the Framework specialist consultants across a number of technical disciplines to complement its in-house Architectural Consultancy services, with project development, statutory compliance, design, and delivery. Framework services will be commissioned via direct award or mini-competition exercise from the Framework and the services commissioned may include feasibility, survey, design, analysis, and advisory functions.
