The current 5YA has funding allocated to address the replacement of end of life roofing components on two buildings. The scope consists of: - Replacement pre finished metal roofing to both ends of Block B (hall) - This work will incorporate the relocation of heat pump outdoor units to the ground - Partial metal roofing and installation of improved pipe penetration flashings is required at the western end of Block A - Three areas of translucent polycarbonate roofing on Block A also require renewal - Where metal roofing is replaced and access to the ceiling void is available thermal insulation batts will be introduced
