INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 30 TON REFRIGERATION (TR) AIR-COOLED MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) CHILLER 1) ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER, through INCOME intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY- FOUR THOUSAND FIFTY- SIX PESOS AND 42/100 (Php 2,324,056.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 30 TON REFRIGERATION (TR) AIR-COOLED MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) CHILLER. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each LOT shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 30 TON REFRIGERATION (TR) AIR-COOLED MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) CHILLER . Delivery of the Goods is required for thirty (30) – sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
