INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT FOR THE CALIBRATION AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF EXISTING MRI MACHINE (PHILIPS PRODIVA 1.5 TESLA) AND CHILLER SYSTEM 1) ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER, through INCOME intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY- THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS ONLY (PhP 6,243,580.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR THE CALIBRATION AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF EXISTING MRI MACHINE (PHILIPS PRODIVA 1.5 TESLA) AND CHILLER SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each LOT shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) ILOCOS SUR MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT FOR THE CALIBRATION AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF EXISTING MRI MACHINE (PHILIPS PRODIVA 1.5 TESLA) AND CHILLER SYSTEM . Deployment of the services are required (SEE ATTACHED TERMS OF REFERENCE). Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
