Bid Security and Performance Security Requirement The City Government of Dasmariñas shall accept only Cash or a Manager’s Check issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank as the acceptable form of Bid Security, in an amount equivalent to two percent (2%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). The winning bidder shall be required to post a Performance Security in the form of a Cash Bond equivalent to five percent (5%) of the Total Contract Price.
