Deodorizer ………………………………………………………………... 280 carboys Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) Requirement Interested bidders must have completed, within the past one (1) year, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the project being bid, with a value equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bid Security and Performance Security Requirement The City Government of Dasmariñas shall accept only Cash or a Manager’s Check issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank as the acceptable form of Bid Security, in an amount equivalent to two percent (2%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). The winning bidder shall be required to post a Performance Security in the form of a Cash Bond equivalent to five percent (5%) of the Total Contract Price. Accreditation Requirements for New Bidders New bidders who wish to participate in the bidding are required to submit the following documentary requirements for accreditation: 1. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration 2. Valid Mayor’s Permit 3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration under Platinum Membership 4. Proof of payment of a non-refundable accreditation fee amounting to Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00) All accreditation requirements must be duly submitted and processed prior to the submission of bids.
