Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE Maasin City INVITATION TO BID FOR Concreting of Purok 1 Barangay Laguma RCBC Barangay Laguma, Silago, Southern Leyte ID-Contract Number - 2026-10-13-074CW 1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the 20% Economic Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundre4d Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Purok 1 Barangay Laguma RCBC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for Concreting of Purok 1 Barangay Laguma RCBC. Completion of the Works is required 110 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten 10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
