Furnishing of Labor and Materials for the Concreting of Dicarma Road, Cabanatuan City

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE FURNISHING OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONCRETING OF DICARMA ROAD, CABANATUAN CITY I.B. No. 2026-09-PB-INFRA-0102 The LGU-Cabanatuan City, through the General Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum One Million One Hundred Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos and 74/100 (₱ 1,107,969.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Furnishing of Labor and Materials for the Concreting of Dicarma Road, Cabanatuan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1. The LGU-Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Completion of the Works must be accomplished within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instructions to Bidders). 2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184. 3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU-Cabanatuan City and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00am to 12:00noon and 1:00pm to 4:00pm. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on 21 September 2026 from given address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (₱ 5,000.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment of the fees. 5.
