IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD AT BARANGAY MULAWIN

INVITATION TO BID INFRA-2026-09-40 IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD AT BARANGAY MULAWIN, TANZA, CAVITE The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA, through the ANNUAL BUDGET APPROVED BY THE SANGGUNIAN, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN & 86/100 PESOS (PHP 1,698,197.86) being the ABC to payment under the contract for INFRA-2026-09-40 IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD AT BARANGAY MULAWIN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of work is required within 31 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Interested bidders may obtain further information from MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on SEPTEMBER 21, 2026 from the given address upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of PHP 5,000.00. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees to be attached in the bid form. The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on SEPTEMBER 29, 2026 at the CONFERENCE ROOM, OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, A.
