REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY ROAD FROM SITIO PROPER TOWARDS SITIO SAMOYAO (2nd Posting)

2nd Invitation to Bid for REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY ROAD FROM SITIO PROPER TOWARDS SITIO SAMOYAO 1.The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund (MDF) 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seven and 64/100 Pesos (Php1,999,907.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation and Improvement of Barangay Road from Sitio Proper towards Sitio Samoyao (POW-8751-2026-ALA-04). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Municipal Government of La Trinidad now invites bids for Rehabilitation and Improvement of Barangay Road from Sitio Proper towards Sitio Samoyao (2nd Posting). Completion of the Works is required forty-eight (48) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3.Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
