Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE Maasin City INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Various Office Supplies (PHSO) ID-Contract Number – 2026-10-13-223PG 1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Seventy Three Thousand Pesos (PhP 73,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Office Supplies (PHSO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for Procurement of Various Office Supplies (PHSO). Delivery of the Goods is required is Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
