LEYTE AGGREGATES & OVG) ID-Contract Number – 2026-10-13-224PG 1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Nine Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (PhP 955,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Information Technology Equipment (PAROLE & PROBATION OFFICE DISTRICT 2, PTO, SO. LEYTE AGGREGATES & OVG) broken down as follows: • Procurement of Laptop, Tablet & Printer (PAROLE/PROBATION) - 159,000.00 • Procurement of Laptop (PTO) - 91,000.00 • Procurement of Desktop Computer (SO. LEYTE AGGREGATES) - 80,000.00 • Procurement and Installation of IP CCTV (OVG) - 625,250.00 PhP 955,250.00 Bids received exceeding the ABC or any of the prescribed amount per office as indicated above shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for Procurement of Various Information Technology Equipment (PAROLE & PROBATION OFFICE DISTRICT 2, PTO, SO.
