CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING

1. The Brgy. Guilon through the Barangay Funds intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Twenty One Pesos and 75 centavo (Php 268,321.75) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the supply of materials for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Brgy. Guilon, Samal Dist., IGaCos. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietors, partnerships, or organizations with at least 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines and to citizens or organizations of a country where laws and regulations grants similar rights or privileges to Filipino Citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 3. Prospective bidder may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat at Brgy. Hall, Brgy. Guilon, Samal District, IGaCoS and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9:00am - 3:00pm. 4. A complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on September 23, 2026 at the Brgy. Hall of Guilon, Samal District, IGaCoS upon payment of the applicable fee of the bidding documents. 5. The Brgy. Guilon will hold a Pre-bid Conference of September 23, 2026 at 1:30pm at Conference Hall, Brgy. Guilon, Samal District, IGaCoS. 6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before 1:30pm of September 29, 2026. Late bids shall not be accepted. 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14. 8.
