Invitation to Bid for Construction of Multi-purpose Building (Weaving Center) @ Brgy. Simbol, Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay Province 1) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% EDF SB No. 1-2026 8918-12-S’1-26 intends to apply the sum of Php4,999,786.43 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Weaving Center) @ Brgy. Simbol, Kabasalan Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-108. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Weaving Center) @ Brgy. Simbol, Kabasalan Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-108.3 Completion of the Works is required within 91 Working Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Office, 3/F, Capitol Bldg., Ipil Heights, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders starting on September 21, 2026 from the address below, and upon payment of the
