PROCUREMENT OF TELEVISION UNITS AND WALL-MOUNTED FANS

The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Municipality of Castilla, Sorsogon invites qualified contractors to bid for the project: Contract Name : PROCUREMENT OF TELEVISION UNITS AND WALL-MOUNTED FANS Contract Location : Castilla, Sorsogon Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 1,275,000.00 Contract Duration : ___ calendar days Tender Documents : Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 5,000.00) The Procurement process of the afore-mentioned projects will be conducted by this Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) in accordance with the Revised IRR of R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the New Procurement Law. All prospective bidders must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) together with Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or duly notarized board secretary’s certificate issued to their authorized representative’s specially intended for the aforementioned project. They must present the original and submit copy of the Mayor’s Permit, DTI, Philgeps (Platinum Certificate), BIR Tax Clearance and certified copy of proof of completed contract similar to the project to bid (at least 50% of the ABC and completed within the last five (5) years), and must meet the following major criteria: (Filipino citizen of 75% Filipino owned partnership, corporation, cooperative, or joint venture applicable to the type and cost of the contract. The Net Financial Contracting Capacity should be at least equal to ABC, or credit line commitment of at least 10% of the ABC. All sets of documents to be submitted to BAC should be properly tabbed. The non-discretionary pass/fail criteria will be used in the eligibility check and preliminary examination of Bids.
