INVITATION TO BID FOR THE FURNISHING OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION @ BRGY. SUMACAB SUR, CABANATUAN CITY I.B. No. 2026-09-PB-INFRA-0103 The LGU-Cabanatuan City, through the General Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum Twenty-One Million Three Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Six Pesos and 62/100 (₱ 21,349,656.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Furnishing of Labor and Materials for the Construction of Slope Protection @ Brgy. Sumacab Sur, Cabanatuan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1. The LGU-Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Completion of the Works must be accomplished within One Hundred Thirty-Two (132) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instructions to Bidders). 2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184. 3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU-Cabanatuan City and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00am to 12:00noon and 1:00pm to 4:00pm. 4.
