SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT (3-IN-1 PRINTER, DESKTOP COMPUTER, AND PROJECTOR)

Prospective suppliers are invited to submit their quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment (3-in-1 Printer, Desktop Computer, and Projector) for the Barangay Local Government Unit of Lacnog, Tabuk City, Kalinga, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ₱100,000.00. The procurement shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement, subject to the applicable provisions of Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other relevant procurement guidelines. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) and related procurement documents may be secured from the BAC Secretariat, Lacnog Barangay Hall, during office hours starting September 14, 2026. All quotations should be submitted to the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before September 21, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., at the BAC Meeting Room, Lacnog Multi-Purpose Hall, Lacnog, Tabuk City, Kalinga. The procurement shall be evaluated based on the applicable quotation, eligibility, technical, and financial requirements. The BAC reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, declare a failure of procurement, or take such other action as may be allowed under the applicable procurement rules.
