INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Office Supplies and Materials not available in PS/DBM for 2nd Quarter 1) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through the AB-2026-MOOE intends to apply the sum of Php2,677,568.30 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Supplies and Materials not available in PS-DBM for 2nd Quarter of various offices with PR No. 100-2026-1783a-aj. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for Procurement of Office Supplies and Materials not available in PS-DBM for 2nd Quarter of various offices with PR No. 100-2026-1783a-aj. 5 using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 CD from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. i) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information BAC Office, 3/F, Capitol Bldg., Ipil Heights, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders starting on September 28, 2026 from the address
