Invitation to Bid for Repainting of DGTHMC @ Brgy. Tenan, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province 1) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% EDF SB No. 1-2026 4917-02-S’1-26 intends to apply the sum of Php2,997,455.72 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repainting of DGTHMC @ Brgy. Tenan, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-104. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for Repainting of DGTHMC @ Brgy. Tenan, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-104.3 Completion of the Works is required within 61 Working Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
