Invitation to Bid for Rehabilitation of Perimeter Fence & Combat Razor Barbed Wire at Brgy. Ipil Heights, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province 1) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through the SB No. 1, 2025 – PSWDO Continuing Program intends to apply the sum of Php2,995,394.45 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Perimeter Fence & Combat Razor Barbed Wire at Brgy. Ipil Heights, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-101. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Perimeter Fence & Combat Razor Barbed Wire at Brgy. Ipil Heights, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-101.3 Completion of the Works is required within 50 Working Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
