Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE Maasin City INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Various Tire Wheel – PGO, PENRMO, OVG & PDRRMO ID-Contract Number – 2026-10-13-217PG 1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty - Five Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 825,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Tire Wheel – PGO, PENRMO, OVG & PDRRMO broken down as follows: • Procurement of Various Tire Wheel (PGO) – Php 60,000.00 • Procurement of Various Tire Wheel (PENRMO) - Php270,400.00 • Procurement of Various Tire Wheel (OVG) - Php 89,400.00 • Procurement of Various Tire Wheel (PDRRMO) - Php398,000.00 TOTAL - Php825,800.00 Bids received exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) or any of the prescribed amount per office as indicated above shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for Procurement of Various Tire Wheel – PGO, PENRMO, OVG & PDRRMO. Delivery of the Goods is 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
