Invitation to Bid for Construction of 2 Storey Multi-purpose Building (Hall) @ Brgy. Namnama, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay Province 1) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% EDF 2026 ‘8918-13-26 intends to apply the sum of Php4,996,324.33 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 2 Storey Multi-Purpose Building (Hall) @ Brgy. Namnama, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-110. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for Construction of 2 Storey Multi-Purpose Building (Hall) @ Brgy. Namnama, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-110.3 Completion of the Works is required within 68 Working Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
