Republic of the Philippines MUNICIPALITY OF LEYTE LEYTE -oOo- INVITATION TO BID FOR THE INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES LL-35-26 1. The Municipal Government of Leyte, using a single-year for a duration of 1 year Framework Agreement, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand One Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php1, 329,160.00) for the Procurement of Catering Services, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected. 2. The Municipal Government of Leyte now invites bids for the Procurement of Catering Services. Delivery of the Goods is required after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Leyte and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on September 21, 2026 from given address and website/s below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the bidding documents pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos.
