INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of various Office Supplies for Pag-IBIG Fund South Central, North Central and Eastern Visayas (SCNCEV) Branches and Offices 1. The Pag-IBIG Fund Area Technical and Administrative Support for South Central, North Central and Eastern Visayas (ATAS-SCNCEV), through the Y2026 Corporate Operating Budget, intends to apply the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot with Project ID No. 26-09-516. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Lot no. I: Item Description: Supply and Delivery of various Office Supplies for Pag-IBIG Fund Central Visayas Branches and Offices ABC (inclusive of all applicable taxes): One Million Five Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (PhP1,539,900.00) Cost of Bidding Documents: PhP4,000.00 Lot no. II: Item Description: Supply and Delivery of various Office Supplies for Pag-IBIG Fund Eastern Visayas Branches and Offices ABC (inclusive of all applicable taxes): Six Hundred Ten Thousand Three Hundred Seventeen Pesos (PhP610,317.00) Cost of Bidding Documents: PhP1,000.00 2. The Pag-IBIG Fund through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)–SCNCEV now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using Warehousing and Inventory System. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Official Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outsta
