The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2 OF 2026- (MPDC- Support to CAPOSO) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 230,000.00) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Acquisition of Three-Wheeler Motorcycle to be used by the CAPOSO for Emergency Response with identification number LGUCQ-GOODS-2026-014 with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
