Republic of the Philippines Province of Quezon MUNICIPALITY OF POLILLO ***** INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 4TH QUARTER DRUG AND MEDICINE -LGU POLILLO, QUEZON The Municipality of Polillo through the 2026 Annual Approved Budget approved by the Sangguniang Bayan of LGU Polillo intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos Only (₱1,429,925.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 4th Quarter Drug and Medicine - LGU Polillo, Quezon. Bids received in excess of the ABC all be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipality of Polillo now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 4th Quarter Drug and Medicine - LGU Polillo, Quezon using the Market Scoping. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
