INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Drugs, Medicines and Medical Supplies and Equipment for Second Semester FY 2026 1) The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga, through the General Fund FY 2026, Local Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Fund FY 2026 and PHIC Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Thirty Thousand One Hundred Sixteen Pesos Only (Php 3,030,116.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Drugs, Medicines and Medical Supplies and Equipment for Second Semester FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga now invites bids for supply and delivery of various drugs, medicines and medical supplies and equipment using the competitive bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered within Fifteen calendar days (15 days) after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
