Introduction: A. The Benguet State University, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Small Value Procurement for the above stated project, thus, inviting registered contractors with valid license issued and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB). The project aims to improve the functionality, appearance, and durability through the installation of a new floor finish. The works shall include surface preparation, installation of appropriate floor finishing materials, and finishing works in accordance with the approved plans and applicable standards. B.
