Invitation to Bid for Design and Build Services for the Installation of New AFSS and FDAS for ASAB Building & Upgrading and Rehabilitation of the AFSS and FDAS of the TAC Building (RE-ADVERTISEMENT) 1) The Cebu Normal University, through the Special Trust Fund (STF) – Capital Outlay 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos (Php12,007,168.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build Services for the Installation of New AFSS and FDAS for ASAB Building & Upgrading and Rehabilitation of the AFSS and FDAS of the TAC Building (Re-Advertisement) under Bid No. 26-07-155. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Cebu Normal University now invites bids for Design and Build Services. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidder (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
