REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CAMPUS ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE INITIATIVE” 1. The Tarlac Agricultural University, through the Corporate Budget (Use of Income-Fund 05) for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (P2,490,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CAMPUS ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE INITIATIVE under Contract Reference No. 2026-001-Consulting Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals. 2) The Tarlac Agricultural University now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for obtaining the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), including but not limited to the following activities: site survey and environmental data collection; air quality and noise assessment; socio-economic and demographic profiling; engineering geological and geohazard assessment and report preparation; and formulation of the Environmental Performance Report and Management Plan (EPRMP).
