Invitation to Bid for UPLB-IF-018-010-26 REBID, PROCUREMENT OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR OF INCINERATOR, COOLING, AND WATER SUPPLY OF THE UPLB WASTE-TO-ENERGY INTEGRATED SYSTEMS, UNIVERSITY PLANNING & MAINTENANCE OFFICE (UPMO), UPLB, COLLEGE LAGUNA 1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the FC: 9372526 intends to apply the sum of PhP3,573,782.84 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-IF-018-010-26 REBID, PROCUREMENT OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR OF INCINERATOR, COOLING, AND WATER SUPPLY OF THE UPLB WASTE-TO-ENERGY INTEGRATED SYSTEMS, UNIVERSITY PLANNING & MAINTENANCE OFFICE (UPMO), UPLB, COLLEGE LAGUNA Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB) now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required NINETY (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidder (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
