INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Food Supplies and Materials for the Monthly Meetings of the Municipal Mayor 1) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, using a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid) through the MLGU Basco’s General Fund CY 2026 , intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 270,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), for payments under the contract for Food Supplies and Materials for the Monthly Meetings of the Municipal Mayor. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco now invites bids for the Procurement of Food Supplies and Materials for the Monthly Meetings of the Municipal Mayor using the Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days (cd) upon receipt of call-off Bidders should have completed, at least within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, Bids and Awards Committee Office through the BAC Secretariat, 2nd Floor, Children and Youth Sanctuary Building, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address
