INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Supplies and Materials for the Rehabilitation/Repair of Damage Infrastructure within Basco (Municipal Building) 1) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, through the Trust Fund (MDRRM Fund Special Trust Fund 2020-2023) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand, One Hundred Thirty Five Pesos Only (Php 288,135.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supplies and Materials for the Rehabilitation/Repair of Damage Infrastructure within Basco (Municipal Building) with Identification # 2026-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco now invites bids for the Procurement of Supplies and Materials for the Rehabilitation/Repair of Damage Infrastructure within Basco (Mun. Building). Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least/within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
