INVITATION TO BID The Municipal Government of San Narciso, Quezon through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), invites registered suppliers with DTI, Mayor’s Permit and PhilGEPS, if found eligible, to bid or the hereunder contract: Name of Contract : CONSTUCTION OF PATHWAY AT BRGY. PAGDADAMAYAN (Phase II) Location : Brgy. Pagdadamayan, San Narciso, Quezon Approved Budget For the Contract (ABC) : P 999,900.69 Contract Duration : 30 days Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License, DTI License, Mayor’s Permit, PhilGEPS Registered as Platinum and updated Tax Clearance applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (Listed in the eligibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The documents required in the eligibility documents shall be submitted as part of the technical documents of the bidders as provided in the Instructions to bidders. Eligibility/Technical and Financial documents must be book bound respectively. Any document submitted not book bound shall be rejected outright.
