Reblocking of Malimono Bdry-Cantapoy-Pili-Tamulayag Road Section Municipality of Malimono, Surigao del Norte 1) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the (1918-02) 20% DF, 2026 SB2 GF AO 02 S2026 Supplemental Appropriation (1-07-03-010) Road Networks intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Pesos (Php 2,183,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Reblocking of Malimono Bdry-Cantapoy-Pili-Tamulayag Road Section (CW-MAIN-26-06). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the abovementioned Project, with the following scope of work: Project Billboard, Occupational Safety and Health Program, Traffic Management, Mobilization/Demobilization, Removal of Existing Concrete Pavement, Subgrade Preparation, Aggregate Subbase Course and Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (200 mm thk). Completion of the Works is required within 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
