JULIANO AVE., UPLB COLLEGE, LAGUNA. 1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the 8265200 intends to apply the sum of PhP5,627,488.23 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-IF-019-10-26 REBID, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF 2-UNIT HP AIR DUCT BOOSTER FAN, 2-UNITS 10TR & 2-UNITS 5TR CEILING DUCTED AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS, D.L UMALI AUDITORIUM, CORNER HAROLD CUZNER ROYAL PALM AVE. AND JOSE B. JULIANO AVE., UPLB COLLEGE, LAGUNA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB) now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required SIXTY (60) calendar days Bidders should have completed, within 10 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidder (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
