Purchase of Utility Van

INVITATION TO BID FOR Purchase of Utility Van 1) The Municipality of Isabela, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Utility Van. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Isabela now invites bids for Purchase of Utility Van. Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
