Invitation to Bid for THE PROCUREMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE (RE-BID) 1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the General Fund (OBR No. CAA-26-00651-GF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Forty-Four Million Eight Hundred Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos Only (PhP 44,803,723.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Below is the summary of lots under Invitation to Bid (B1 GF PGSO 26-08-0500 (LOT 2, 3 & 4)) LOT NO. TOTAL ABC (PER LOT) LOT 2 PhP 11,979,968.00 LOT 3 PhP 4,256,000.00 LOT 4 PhP 3,927,755.00 2) The Provincial Government of Palawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat, Provincial Government of Palawan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 01, 2026, at 9:
