Republic of the Philippines Province of Southern Leyte MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC BARANGAY HITAWOS INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF BRGY. HALL (PHASE 3) 1) The Municipality of Bontoc, Barangay Hitawos through the 20% Economic Development Fund CY. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred Eleven Pesos (Php419,311.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Construction Materials for Improvement of Brgy. Hall (Phase 3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Bontoc, Barangay Hitawos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids,a contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
