Item Description The Local Government Unit of Siaton, Siaton Negros Oriental, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake a Public Bidding for the CLEARING OPERATION, MANTUYOP RIVER (DOWNSTREAM), in accordance with Sec. 31.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically disqualified at bid opening. Name of Project: CLEARING OPERATION, MANTUYOP RIVER (DOWNSTREAM) Location: Mantuyop, Siaton, Negros Oriental Approved Budget for the Contract: PHP 2,628,493.41 Delivery Term: 45 C.D. Source of Fund: LDRRM FUND The Municipality of Siaton, Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within _45_ CALENDAR DAYS from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “PASS/FAIL” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A) No. 9184.
