Invitation to Bid The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental through its Bids and Awards Committee [BAC] invites interested contractors with valid PCAB licenses and registration (at least “Small B” category ) to submit sealed bids, for the following project: Name of Project : Concrete Paving of Sitio Sibucao, Mambugsay to Sitio Pitogo, Brgy. Guiljungan Road (Sta. 0+000.00 to Sta. 0+900.00)/Re-bid Location : Brgy. Guiljungan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental Scope of Works : Earthworks, Subbase and Base Course, Surface Course, Drainage and Slope Protection, Miscellaneous Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php13,000,000.00 Source of Funds : 2026 20% PDF-PEO Project Duration : 176 CD Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar to the Project, and must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to be bid. Prospective bidders shall log-in/order the Invitation To Bid for the contract to be bid from PhilGEPS. Bidders shall likewise submit Letter of Expression and must present their original PCAB License. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”. Prospective bidders must carefully read the “Instruction to Bidders” and comply the requirements stated therein.
