INVITATION TO BID The City Government of Tagum, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites all interested PhilGEPS registered suppliers to submit bids for the procurement of goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Project Title:Procurement of Fire Fighting and Rescue and Safety Equipment for the use of BFP-Tagum for Disaster Response and Rescue Equipment PR No.:300-26-08-00119 ABC: 431,854.27 Source of Fund: Trust Fund 2026 Instructions to bidders and other details of the items for procurement together with the Bid Forms are available starting from date published at PhilGEPS to October 9, 2026 until 5:00 PM with charge as per Annex “A” of GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012 – Approving and Adopting the Guidelines on the Sale of Bidding Documents. Dropping of sealed bids shall be until October 12, 2026 5:00 PM together with a bid security equivalent to 2% for CASH BOND or MANAGER’S/CASHIER’S CHECK based on the TOTAL AMOUNT of the APPROVED BUDGET of the items and Opening of Bids will be on October 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM. The criteria for bid evaluation are based on the lowest calculated bid (LCB) and awarded by lot. All of these activities shall be held at the Conference Room, BAC Secretariat Office, 3rd Floor City Hall Bldg., JV Ayala Ave., Brgy. Apokon, Tagum City. The Bids and Awards Committee a.) Reserves the right to reject any or all bids; b.) Waive any defect or formality; c.) Declare failure of bidding if there is prima facie evidence of any prohibited act which restricts, suppresses or nullifies any or all bidding procedures to the disadvantage of the government; d.) Assumes a no obligation whatsoever to indemnify the bidder(s) for any expense that they may incur in the preparation of their bids; and e.) to accept only such bid(s) established to be the most advantageous to the government.
