Cluster 5: Construction of Drainage Canal at Binababoy; Cementing of Canals within the Barangay; and Rehabilitation of Aog to Clinic Pathway with Railings

Republic of the Philippines Cordillera Administrative Region Mountain Province BESAO LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT Invitation to Bid for Cluster 5: Construction of Drainage Canal at Binababoy; Cementing of Canals within the Barangay; and Rehabilitation of Aog to Clinic Pathway with Railings 1) The Besao Local Government Unit through the 20% BDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million, Four Hundred Seventy Thousand, Five Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos and Sixty-Seven Centavos (Php 1,470,564.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Cluster 5: Construction of Drainage Canal at Binababoy; Cementing of Canal within the Barangay; and Rehabilitation of Aog to Clinic Pathway with Railings, 2026-10-37. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Besao Local Government Unit now invites bids for Cluster 5: Construction of Drainage Canal at Binababoy; Cementing of Canal within the Barangay; and Rehabilitation of Aog to Clinic Pathway with Railings. Completion of the Works is required within Forty-Five (45) calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Besao Local Government Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
