REQUEST FOR QUOTATION The University of the Philippines Manila, through its Bids and Awards Committee 2 (BAC 2), invites interested parties to submit proposals for the following lease contracts: Name of Contract: Preventive Maintenance of Elevators (2 Units 11- Stops, 2 Units 7-Stops) for HSS-MSB, University of the Philippines Manila. Location: College of Medicine Approved Budget for the Contract: One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP1,200,000.00) Contract Duration: Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) Calendar Days Fund Source: UGTFI The UP-Manila Bids and Awards Committee will hold a Meeting with Contractor on 13 October 2026 at 1:30 P.M. at the Procurement Management Office, BAC Conference Room, 2nd Floor Joaquin Gonzales Compound, Padre Faura St., Ermita Manila. which shall be open to prospective bidders. Deadline of submission of proposal/quotation shall be on or before 20 October 2026 not later than 1:00 p.m. at the Procurement Management Office, 2nd Floor Joaquin Gonzales Compound, Padre Faura St., Ermita Manila. Late submission shall not be accepted. Opening of proposals shall follow at 1:30pm.
