NOTE (PLEASE READ) Kindly refer to the attached associated documents for the complete specifications, additional requirements, and the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). If the associated documents fail to load, you may request a copy of the Purchase Request (PR) and ABC from the BAC Secretariat. All quotations shall be collated and evaluated one (1) day after the seven (7)-day posting period. All price quotations must be error-free and tax-inclusive. Kindly take note of the Terms and Conditions implemented by the Baliwag Water District (BWD) through its Purchasing Unit. By submitting a quotation, the supplier is deemed to have agreed to comply with all stated Terms and Conditions. In cases where the winning bidder/supplier includes its own Terms and Conditions, the BWD Terms and Conditions shall prevail. In the absence of specific Terms and Conditions in the posting, the standard Terms and Conditions of BWD shall apply. Quotations must contain complete, correct, and specific descriptions and corresponding amounts of the items being offered. Required specifications, brochures, pamphlets, technical specifications, or other supporting documents must be attached to or included with the quotation for reference. Submissions without the required supporting documents shall not be considered. All quotations must be: 1. Duly signed by the authorized representative of the supplier; 2. Sealed in an appropriate envelope; 3. Addressed to the BAC Chairperson, Roberto Estrella; 4. Properly labeled, indicating the contents of the envelope and the procurement activity to which the quotation pertains; 5. Accompanied by a copy of the supplier's valid Business Permit and BIR Form 2303; and 6. Accompanied by the required brochure, pamphlet, technical specifications, or other supporting documents, as applicable, to demonstrate compliance with the required specifications.
